All new hires receive 85 hours of initial training through SFCU to equip them with the knowledge and skills necessary for success in the constantly changing world of credit and collections.

The commitment does not stop there. Additional electives and required courses are offered. All Sunrise team members are encouraged to complete the entire 175 hours of coursework, earning them a Certified Debt Collection Professional Degree (CDCP) from SFCU, after which they may move on to our Masters Degree (MDCP) and Doctorate Degree (DDC) programs. You’d be hard-pressed to find a similar professional educational program among the other accounts receivable management agencies out there.

In concert with Collection Managers listening to calls live, our Speech Analytics tool tracking key words and scripting, our Quality Assurance Department listens to every agent on the phone multiple times a month.
