PreCollect/Cure


Sunrise’s PreCollect/Cure programs will remind your customer of a past due payment or delinquency. We will call and speak directly to the customer or leave a message where direct customer contact is not possible. This allows our clients to take a pro-active approach to collections and disputes. The ability to contact the customer when a dispute or billing error arises is invaluable. All calls will be made by specially trained PreCollect agents who are focused on customer service and customer care. If your collection department has a spike of calls to make or wants to notify a large portion of customers of a potential interruption of privileges let us assist you in making the call.
