Merged Credit Report

A credit report containing credit history data on an individual or joint credit applicants. Data is merged from one, two or three national repositories: Experian, Equifax, TransUnion. By sorting out the duplicated credit information this will create a report with the current credit history and each repository will include a credit scoring model.

Spectrum Plus Report

A credit report consisting of data from one or all of the national repositories plus updating or verifying specific information appearing on the report. Information updated, added or verified can be returned to our client in the form of a supplemental report.

This product will provide our client with the opportunity to verify, change, or remove accounts reported in error or disputed items on the credit report. These changes will take place globally at the national repositories and further more change the credit score for a consumer. A Rapid decision report has increased productivity immediately for our clients. With our industry being driven by credit scoring, this type of report allows your company to close more loans at a faster rate of time.

A credit report consisting of data merged from two or three repositories. The RMCR, in accordance with FNIMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA guidelines, is the industry standard verified credit report. All trade line information is updated within 90 days of the original date. If requested it will include an attempt to verify two years of employment, two years of residency, and conducts a complete interview with the consumer. A consumer copy is mailed to the borrower when being processed. A client ordering a merged credit report and score can then be upgraded to produce a RN/ICR. A merged report in-file credit will apply, if the RMCR is ordered within 30 days from origination of the merged credit report. Updates, additions and corrections, for up to 90 days, after completion of the RMCR are included in the price.

Using the Spectrum Plus report or RMCR as the base of information, the individual(s) may have little or no credit history with the credit repositories. Alternative sources of credit information are referenced and added to the report. Sources may include insurance, utilities, private loans, private mortgages, and other local creditors.

This report contains credit and public record information accessed from databases in the United States and overseas, using the business Tax Identification Number. Also included is information verified from vendors having transactions with the reported business.

The Trace Report is a basic search to locate or verify current address information and can locate nearly anyone in the United States, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. This report will aid your company in making contact with delinquent or skip accounts and\or verify application information. A Trace Report also provides you with the ability to better target direct mail and telemarketing promotions.

This report will show the consumer derogatory items that appeared on the credit report in conjunction with the RMCR report. Also the report will provide the addresses and phone numbers for the national repositories, in the event that a consumer may dispute any item on his/her credit.
